Observed sanitizer inside the 3-compartment sink basin with 00ppm of sanitizer when testing with mine and firms test strips. Also observed 1.64 ppm worth of fruit wash, which is below the limit needed for washing fruits and vegetables using the firms fruit wash test strips. PIC placed call to get dispenser looked at during inspection. |
