PIC states that trash compactor is not being emptied as often as necessary. Walk in freezer stopped working properly in week previous to inspection. Frozen food that lost proper temperature has been bagged to be discarded when compactor has been emptied. Freezer was scanned with an infrared thermometer at -46 degrees during inspection.
PIC states that a ticket has been opened with Walgreen's to get the trash compactor emptied. |
