Observed Sandwich Cooler not working properly. Cooler registered at 60F using inspectors Thermal Thermometer. Also, all sandwiches kept in case were discarded during inspection. |
PIC stated that the unit was turned down. The unit is climbing in temperature. Inspector instructed PIC to watch the cold unit to insure that its doing what it needs to do. |
