The dairy product half and half and French vanilla were observed to date mark of open 21 June 2023 and a expiration date of 23 July 2023. The second dairy product creamer French Vanilla have a open date mark of 27 June 2023 and expiration date of 5 August 2023. The second unit of dairy product half and half had open date mark of 14 July 2023 and an expiration date of 19 August 2023. The French Vanilla had an open date mark of 23 June 2023 and expiration of 27 July 2023. This dairy product was observed to be in a cold holding unit at the coffee station at the self-serve drink station at the time of inspection. These dairy products meet the TN Retail Sanitation regulation as a product that meets the requirement of needing a date mark not to exceed seven days after the product is open and/or the seal is broken. |
