**Observed TCS sushi rolls in the retail cooler to be out of the temperature safe zone for cold holding. Items including crunchy roll, marina roll, spicy tuna roll, and california roll were removed from retail sale during inspection.
**Observed spring rolls and tempura shrimp to be sitting at ambient room temperature upon arrival for inspection. Items in the center of packs were observed to be in the safe zone for cold holding while outer products were observed to be out of the temperature safe zone.
