Per discussion with Chetan Patel, employees were washing hands in the restroom or 3 compartment sink, due to deli handwashing sink having a leak. Handwashing can only occur at designated handwashing sinks, and must be washed upon returning to deli, before beginning work. |
Deli employee cleaned out cabinet underneath deli handwashing sink, put a bucket underneath pipe to catch water leak. All handwashing occurred at that sink during inspection. |
