Raw sausage, bacon, cream cheese, single sliced cheese, raw cookie dough, hot dogs and bologna deli meat were observed to internal temperature of 47-50 degrees F. These foods were observed to small cold holding unit near the front door. |
Milk was moved to beer walk in cold holding unit, this cold holding unit had an ambient temperature of 40.9 degrees F. All TCS foods in the small cold holding unit near the door were "x" out and the person in charge removed them from being offered for sale and placed segregated in the cold holding unit for return to distributor. |
