Sushi was observed being delivered above 41 degrees. Scanned cooler that was being used to deliver sushi with and infrared thermometer at 53 degrees. Several sushi rolls from all levels of the cooler were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer between 53 and 66 degrees. |
The PIC was informed that the sushi cannot be sold. The sushi was voluntarily removed from the store. |

5 packs of dumplings were overserved offered for sale with a Sell By date of 9/23/2023. Inspection date is 9/25/2023. Delivery records indicate that deliveries were made on 9/23/2023 and 9/24/2023 when these out of date items could have been removed and discarded. |
The PIC removed the out of date dumplings along with the other sushi in the retail cooler to discard. |
