Observed couple items in the firm displayed for retail sale that would not be approved under a Category 3 Permit. Bagged Ice in-house has been addressed and the practice will no longer happen. Inspector also found a Juice dispenser for Retail Sale that had no labeling or no 3-compartment sink to properly clean and sanitize between re fills. That practice to will be discontinued. |
