Observed several hand sinks inside Meat and Deli department with without hand towels/drying devices. The dispensers have towels available but the towels were not installed correctly/case is locked. The employees do not have access to use these dispensers because of this issue. |
PIC and inspector discussed insuring proper installation to towels to insure hand washing is being done. |

**Observed dirty, food encrusted floor drain at the base of 3 Compartment sink inside the Produce Department causing "Drain Fly" issues to start. |
Inspector discussed getting with pest provider to discuss floor drain cleaning and pest remediation. |
