The temperature control for safety food items in the standing cold holding milk unit at retail were observed to have internal temperature of 46-to-51-degree F. These foods included 32 temperature control for safety commercially prepared deli sandwiches, 15 pint milks and 17 gallon milks. |
Person in charge voluntarily removed these foods items referenced in the violation from being offered for sale. These items were segregated and an "x" was place on the item. |
