The walk in cooler was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 60 degrees. The eggs stored for retail sale in the WIC were scanned with an infrared thermometer at 52 degrees. Cream cheese stored in the WIC was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 51 degrees. Cream cheese was probed with a state certified calibrated thermometer at 57 degrees. Yogurt was probed with a state certified calibrated thermometer at 57 degrees. |
All products in the walk in cooler the require refrigeration were voluntarily removed and discarded by the PIC. The facility shall not put any product requiring refrigeration in the walk in cooler until it is repaired. |
