*Observed a food grade bucket with clear liquid and a towel, held within the deli 3-compartment sink. The bucket was labeled 'Chocolate dip icing'. Upon asking, sanitizer was the liquid inside the bucket. Containers need to labeled and dedicated to sanitizer.
*Observed a large spray bottle with orange duct tape around the entire bottle and clear liquid inside, located in the hand sink within the bakery. The bottle did not have any identifying information as to what the liquid was inside. All spray bottles, including water, must be labeled. |
