There were several unsafe food practices observed during today's inspection.
**Observed employee washing dirty dishes in the incorrect basin, the middle.
**Several utensils and pans were noted dirty and stored clean.
***Observed several TCS food items sitting out at ambient temperature (see food temps). No Hot Box was available for these items to be kept at the proper 'Hot' holding temperature.
****Observed adulterated product that was left uncovered inside 2 Door cooler.
*****Several food equipment items were dirty and could not be cleaned because of excessive ice build up.
******Observed prep cooler being used for TCS items not operating correctly. (See Food temps) |

PIC discarded food during inspection. Several pans were discarded. |
