On 08/18/23 it was discussed that toilet was not appropriately working to dispense waste properly. When toilet is flushed, sewage water would be dispensed out of the deli kitchen floor drain. |
08/19/23, facility called in a plumber to fix toilet/sewage disposal problem. Toilet flushed appropriately and waste was disposed of properly, not affecting the deli kitchen area. |
