The chuck roast was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 66 degrees. Raw chicken was observed in a prep bucket at ambient temperature and scanned with an infrared thermometer at 67 degrees. Cooked noodles were observed stored at room temperature and scanned with an infrared thermometer at 67 degrees. |
