Observed low sanitizer inside several buckets inside the kitchen.
**Inspector also observed 'unsafe' equipment practices. Firm employee seen cleaning dirty slicer 'while blade' was running.

Inspector immediately told employee to cease operations and instructed employee, along with PIC of the dangers of cleaning equipment while its running. Inspector also got with store manager (Mr. Lambert) to report the issue. |

Observed several buckets of sanitizer that registered at 0ppm using firms and inspectors test strips.
**Observed damaged dispenser/hoses sucking air into the line causing sanitizer to not adequately dispense. |
The issue was traced to there dispenser. Both inspector and PIC Ms. Alora tried to repair dispenser. Dispenser is working now, but firm will need to have company repair or fix dispenser. |
