Inspector observed the deli slicer to have abundant build up of old food product and yellow organic matter to be building up on the blade, blade guard, and in various hard to reach places in the slicer. |
The person in charge broke down the slicer and put in the 3 compartment sink to be washed rinsed and sanitized. |

Inspector observed multiple items in the prep coolers held at below 41F for cold holding to not have any system of date marking on the products such as open date and discard date. Items included Taco meat, ground beef, diced tomatoes, diced peppers, and other food items to be with out date marking. |
