The lower level of the warmer table was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 120 degrees. Chicken tenders displayed on this level were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer at 99 degrees. Potato wedges displayed on this level were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer at 92 degrees. |
The PIC voluntarily discarded all food items from the lower level of the warmer table. PIC states that one of the light bulbs controlling the warmer table temperature was not working and the replacement part is on order. |
