Observed several breakfast sandwiches with a date of (9/6/2023 at 9 am) Inspection was 9:50 am.
**Observed several deli sandwiches stored in 'unmarked' return case at bottom of 2 Door cooler with discard dates of (9/3 and 9/4). |
PIC explained that they were returns. Inspector discussed labeling containers specific to 'returns' to insure that staff does not stock 'discarded items'. |
