A variety of food items including empanadas and salsas were observed at the retail hot case. The empanadas were observed to have a variety of cheese and meat products. The items were stored frozen in store bought ziploc bags. A hand written invoice was provided, but no other information was available. These items were put on hold during the inspection and labeled "Not For Sale" due to being from an unapproved source. |
