Dried encrusted organic matter was observed from the underside. * The hamburger press (patty maker) dried yellow encrusted organic matter observed on back side of the food contact portion of the equipment. *The small ROP packaging table "VacMaster' had dried yellow organic matter on the edge of the table and near the sealer. *Thermometer in smoker was observed to have heavy build-up of dried encrusted food residue on probe of thermometer used for monitoring internal temperatures of cooking foods.
