Observed scoop for ice cream service stored in a bowl of water |
Inspector explained that ice cream scoop had to be cleaned and sanitized after each use or stored in a container with sanitized water solution measuring 200-400ppm (quat). Firm currently does not have running water on the side of the building where the ice cream service bar is located. |
