Observed the following products, held within the upright refrigeration units on the retail floor, to be from an unapproved source and not found in the TDA manufacturing database: 5 small containers of salsa from 'Salsa, Y'all!'. No labeling of ingredients, weight, allergens, or name and address were on the containers. |
The PIC voluntarily removed the salsa from the store and discarded them in the dumpster. |
