Observed moldy/soiled, encrusted crack in floor tile, underneath rotisserie oven, creating an 'uncleanable' area that is collecting moldy water and food residue.
**Observed crack in the floor near the seafood cold case that is collecting old food residue, oyster shells and shrimp. This area is not cleanable by the Meat Department staff.
**Observed spillage and an old serving spoon underneath cold bar.
**Observed Black/Burnt food residue underneath and on the sides of the Bread oven vents. |
PIC placed a work order on these items. Inspector recommends cleaning crack and sealing floor with permeant concrete patch instead of caulk that was used previously. |

Observed several 3 Compartment sinks inside the Meat, Seafood, and deli areas that need to be repaired. All sinks are leaking from underneath, where drains meet 3 Compartment sinks. This is not allowing your waste water to drain properly.
