Several food items in that case were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chicken salad sandwich 54 degrees. Chicken sandwich 48 degrees. Cut fruit 47 degrees. A jar of pickles that was labeled "Refrigerate After Opening" was observed in the kitchen stored at ambient temperature. |
