Observed Numerous dried wet spots on the ceiling due to roof leaks. The spot in the left back corner of the establishment has a hole in the ceiling and a green/black/white moldy substance covering that section of the ceiling. There is another section of ceiling in the middle of the left side of the establishment with a green/black/white moldy substance covering that section of the ceiling at time of inspection. |
