Under side of the soft serve ice cream machine at the dispenser was observed to have excessive amount of dried food residues and build up. Large slicer/chopper on the preparation table was observed to have dried food residues on the blade. Pizza Hut: The underside of the makeshift cutting board was observed to have excessive amount of dried food residue and black residues. Subway: Deli meat slicer blade and push plates were observed to have dried food residues. |
