Observed dairy-based coffee creamers in retail dispenser measuring internal temperatures of 55F and 60F when checked with inspector probe thermometer. Box label states that product is shelf stable but must be chilled to refrigeration temperature prior to opening. Half &Half (55F) opened at approximately 7am was voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection. French Vanilla creamer (60F) was opened approximately 8:30am; box of creamer was placed in walk-in freezer for a quick temperature cool down; if creamer does not reach proper temperature in time frame it is to be discarded. |
