One of the warmer tables was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 122 on the upper level and 119 on the lower level. No items were in the lower level of this warmer table. Two items were displayed in the upper level. A sausage flatbread sandwich in the upper level was probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer at 124ยบ. |
The PIC voluntarily pulled the two items from sale to discard. |
