Slicer had not been used for a couple of days. **Observed cutting board, stored in clean dish rack, soiled in grooves with black "mold looking" substance on both sides of cutting board. Per discussion with PIC, to verify if cutting board was clean, PIC confirmed it had been cleaned. |
