The retail cheese and chili dispenser was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 110 degrees. The items inside the dispenser were probed with a state certified calibrated thermometer below 135 degrees. The nacho cheese was probed at 112 degrees. The chili was probed at 108 degrees. |
