The date marking system is inconsistent. There were cut chubs of deli meats and prepackaged thawed sandwiches that state "keep frozen" without a date. Souse was observed with the date of May 23, 2023. In addition, the firm is writing a beginning date for the meat they cut but cannot explain the process being used. |
