TCS foods observed to be held above 41 F. Around 550-570 packages of smoked meats, hotdogs, lunchables, raw bacon and deli meats (3 cooler doors) were being held above 41 F. Bologna 52 F, sliced turkey 47 F, sliced ham 50 F, chicken salad 54 F, and hotdogs 54 F. All temperatures were verified with TDA digital probe thermometer. |
Manager removed all items from cooler doors to be scanned out for credit during inspection. Work order was placed on cooler and empty cooler doors were labeled "out of order" during inspection. |
