Observed the receiving double doors, located in the back room, has a gap at the bottom of the doors large enough to insert a pen thru. Also, large gap between the front double doors, large enough to fit a pencil between the doors. |
Manager has a work order for both sets of doors, back doors to be replaced and front doors to be adjusted to close the gap. |

Observed numerous rodent excrement, against the back wall, in the back room. Also, observed a dead rodent in a snap trap under the bottom chip shelf gondola. PIC noted Ecolab placed the trap yesterday. |
Ecolab has come to this store 6 times in the last 3.5 weeks placing glue boards, snap traps, and covered traps throughout the store. |
