The deli hand sink is blocked by the deli slicer and a pizza chest freezer. The opening between these pieces of equipment was so small the inspector had to turn sideways to access the sink. The PIC was able to push the novelty freezer out of the way enough that the sink could be accessed without have to turn sideways. |

Three probe thermometers were obsereved in the kitchen. One of the probe thermometers does not provide temperatures and only shows the degree of doneness for meat (rare, medium, well done). The other two probe thermometers had faces that are fogged up from grease and unreadable. All 3 thermometers should be replaced. |
