Observed the beef meat labels for Nafe Farms to be missing dual weights for meats 1 pound or greater. The labels for ground beef had 1.00 lbs and no ounces. The USDA labeling guidelines state meat 1 pound or greater must have pounds and ounces on the label. Example: 1.00 lbs (16 oz). |
