1. Tongs for retrieving hot dogs from the hot dog roller were observed uncovered and unprotected from contamination on top of the plastic shield of the hot dog roller. A small bucket or other utensil holder would suffice to protect the tongs at the hot dog roller.
2. The ice scoop was observed uncovered and unprotected from contamination beside the ice maker. The firm may store the ice scoop inside a plastic ice bag when not in use to protect the ice scoop. A manufactured ice scoop holder or food safe bucket would also suffice for properly storing the ice scoop. |
