Insufficient chemical sanitizer at 3 Bay sink during manual ware washing observed during inspection, sanitizer solution at third bay of sink was checked less than 100 PPM Quaternary Ammonium. Sanitizer feed container was empty supplying dispenser for sanitizer, sink was set up and in process of being used for manual ware washing. Washed food contact equipment and utensils on drain surface at time of inspection have not been sufficiently sanitized. |
Management replaced sanitizer feed container and refilled sink, sanitizer solution was rechecked at 200 PPM Quaternary Ammonium during inspection. Previously washed items were re-sanitized. |
