1. Tongs were observed stored in a bucket of water at the warmer table. The cook emptied and dried out the bucket to store the tongs. 2. The ice scoop was observed stored uncovered and unprotected from contamination on a rack next ot the ice maker. The PIC placed the ice scoop inside an empty ice bag. Suggested to the PIC that the firm place a sign on the ice machine telling employees to keep the ice scoop covered between uses. |
