The open grab and go retail cooler was scanned with an infrared thermometer at 48 degrees. Several food items from each shelf of the cooler were probed with a state issued calibrated thermometer above 41 degrees. Chicken salad sandwich 58 degrees. Ham and cheese sandwich 61 degrees.. Cheeseburger 55 degrees . Bologna 63 degrees. Smoked Sauage 59 degrees. The PIC voluntarily discarded the items in this cooler. |
