Farm based beef products observed with label but missing dual weight (US/Metric). 2. CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), herd share poultry did not have any labels visible. Although this product falls under the USDA exemption for poultry, the product must meet labeling requirements by TDA and USDA guidelines. Observed the following products to be improperly labeled on the retail shelving table/cooler: 1. ‘Reggie’s Rewards dog treats’, held on retail table, only had the title on the label. Pet food required labeling must accompany the product, including the manufacturer's name and address, net weight and guaranteed analysis. 2. Five large (approximately 12-16 oz) ‘Elderberry syrup’ jars, held on retail table, only had the common name and main ingredients. Missing weight, nutrition, manufacturing name and address, and sub-ingredients. 3. ‘Deltaz Rub’ spice bottles, held on retail table, had the manufactured name and city, state but no street address was observed on the label. 4.
