Food products were probed with a calibrated state thermometer were; Fried Fish 130F, Hot Wings 120F, BBQ Sandwich, various fried items between 111F-123F. Fish was reheated in fryer to 206F, as it hand not been in hot box but an hour or so. All other items were voluntarily discarded during the inspection. Lights were replaced in hot box during inspection. Approximately 3 to 4 lights were not working. Priority (P) 3
