Observed in the retail hot holding case Bologna 113F, 111F, Chicken Sandwich 105F, Tenderloin Sandwich 113F, Sausage and Egg Sandwich 102F, Cheeseburger 128F, 128F, 128F, and 127F. Product internal temperatures were taken using the Inspector’s probe thermometer.
