Observed the Quat sanitizer, held within the 3-compartment sink, to measure 100 PPM when tested with the store's Quat sanitizer test strips. Store is using 'Members Mark' Quat sanitizer. Per Manufacturer's instructions, quat ammonium sanitizer should measure between 200-400 PPM. |
