Observed that PIC was unable to speak to hot holding temperatures, making sanitizer, and testing of sanitizer. PIC stated that they use Quat sanitizer but firm history states that they use Bleach as sanitizer. The firm does not have Quat test strips for Quat sanitizer that PIC states they are using. |
