out |
1. The hand washing sink in the ware wash area was blocked by a trash can. The cook moved the trash can to keep this sink accessible. 2. The kitchen hand sink was covered with aluminum foil and a piece of cardboard. The PIC stated that this sink is covered because an employee that performs cleaning at night sometimes pours oil form the kitchen in this sink and clogs it. Discussed that hand sinks must remain accessible. The cardboard and foil covering the hand sink was removed. Firm will cover this hand sink once hot food service is finished for the day. |
