1) Observed 4 packs of sliced deli meats (Mesquite Ham and Turkey) in deli walk in cooler that are not date marked with date opened. 2) Observed 4 open pieces of Boars Head Deli Meats that were all opened on 01/07/24 and were dated to discard on 01/26/24. Deli meats were Corned Beef, Maple Ham, Pastrami, and Bologna all Boars Head product. Meats should have a 01/13/24 discard date. |
Sliced meats were discarded during inspection and dates were corrected with correct discard date. |
