**A hand washing sink was not available in the kitchen prep area due to separation from wall. The next closest hand washing sink was 11 steps away from the kitchen prep table but passes through an entry into the ware wash area. There is not a door to pass through, just a frame. A follow up will be conducted on the kitchen hand washing sink in 30 days. |
