Observed Bakery Spray Bottle with sanitizer concentration at 0ppm. Observed Deli Utensil Washing Machine to get to 127F after running machine on it's longest cycle first, then running on it's longest cycle again with facility test strips (Out of Date 5/23) and inspector lollipop thermometer. Inspector demonstrated how to use facility test strips for PIC and employee. |

Observed spray bottle containing yellow liquid to have no identifying information and stored with nozzle over wine and beverages in back dock area. Observed spray bottle with clear liquid with no identifying information hanging on wall folder outside of dairy walk in cooler. |
